Contracts
- Wedding contracts: All wedding contracts must be signed. A copy of the signed contract will be provided. A reservation fee of 25% of total cost is due upon agreement of contract, balance due day of wedding.
- Portrait Contracts: All portrait contracts must be signed. A copy of the signed contract will be provided. A deposit of 75% of total cost is due at the time of photo session. The remaining balance due at photo delivery.

All photographs and graphics are property of Pearson Photography & Design and may not be used for any purpose without permission. We reserve the right to reproduce and use selected images for promotional purposes, professional competition, and other advertising. Photos will not be sold to other parties without written client permission.
Model Release
A "Model Release Form" must be signed for all photo shoots. Photographs will be used on the web, portfolio, art gallery shows or competitions for promotional purposes. Photos will not be sold to other parties without written permission.
Note: A model release is included in the Wedding and Portrait contracts.
Travel Fees
Hourly travel rate of $25 per hour will be charged for travel to a location outside the immediate Bremerton area.
Sales Tax
A sales tax rate of 8.6% has been added to wedding and portrait sessions, albums and prints
